1. The gap between the rice knife and the drum should be moderate. The gap should not be smaller than the lateral diameter of the rice grains, otherwise, the rice grains will be easily broken; the gap should not be larger than the longitudinal diameter of the rice grains, otherwise the rice grains will be rough. Therefore, the rice knife gap should be selected between the longitudinal and lateral diameters of the rice grains. Practice has shown that the gap between the rice knives should be a little oblique, that is, the end of the knife close to the exit is slightly larger, so that the milled rice will be more complete.

2. The inlet and outlet guillotine blades should be well matched. The opening of the general inlet guillotine blade can be controlled at 1/2 of the entire opening, not more than 2/3. Some veteran operators remove the import guillotine, leaving all the imports open. Generally do not do this, because after all are opened, there are too many grains, the pressure of the whitening chamber is too high, and the rotation resistance is too large. If the outlet gate of the rice mill is not properly matched for a while, the belt will slip, and the machine will even be stuck or damaged. The exit knife should be flexibly mastered. During operation, the gap between the rice knife and the opening of the entrance knife can be fixed according to the regulations. Connect rice grains at the bottom of the outlet to see if the rice grains are complete and the beige color is white. If there is a lot of broken rice, open the gate knife with a large opening. If the rice grains are rough, turn off the small outlet guillotine. Both should be taken into account until the quality of 1 ton rice mill meets the requirements.
